When you make an offer for an item, the seller has 24 hours to accept, decline, or counter your offer. If the seller does not respond within that time frame, your offer will expire. However, you can make a new offer if the item remains unsold.
Meeting the seller in public or on your office campus is safer.
Your order will be automatically cancelled, and you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds upon cancellation: If the seller is unable to ship the item or arrange local pickup within three business days of accepting the offer, a refund will be initiated. You can expect to receive the amount back to your original payment method within 5-10 days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
