- All returns should be initiated within 3 business days of receiving the item.
- A return can be initiated from the My Dashboard tab if the item was delivered under the following conditions:
- Item arrived damaged
- Item is defective
- The wrong item was sent
- Item is not as described
- The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- The refund will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is shipped. Depending on your bank's processing time, the refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your account.
