CloseQuest Return Policy

All returns should be initiated within 3 business days of receiving the item.
A return can be initiated from the My Dashboard tab if the item was delivered under the following conditions:
1. Item arrived damaged
2. Item is defective
3. The wrong item was sent
4. Item is not as described
The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
The refund will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is shipped. Depending on your bank's processing time, the refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your account.
