   You can list items for donation by enabling the "Free" switch in the price field on the Create listing page.

   CloseQuest will arrange a convenient pickup and drop-off of your donation items.

   Note: The CloseQuest will pick up the item listed under the Donation category only.

3. How can I mark an item as donated?

   After donating the item, go to the item details page and click "Mark as donated."

4. Is there a cost associated with using CloseQuest's donation platform?

   CloseQuest's Donation platform is free for donors and recipients.

5. The buyer is interested in my item listed for donation. What should I expect next?

   If the buyer represents a charity organization, you can confirm the donation by following these steps:

   1. Go to the chat page and find the "Confirm" button.
   2. Click on the "Confirm" button.
   3. Enter the details and submit the form.

   A CloseQuest representative will contact you within 2-3 business days.

   Please note that the "Confirm" button will only be displayed for items listed under the categories of "Clothing and Shoes" and "Books and Stationery".
