

When a buyer purchases your item, you will receive an email notification, and a prepaid shipping label will be generated automatically. Alternatively, you can create your shipping label within three business days by visiting the Selling page in My Dashboard.
You must use the label provided by CloseQuest.
The order shall be cancelled, and the refund will be initiated to the buyer.
You must select an address in the zip code that is the same as your item location. For example, if your item location is 95123, you must choose an address in the 95123 zip code.
‘Schedule pick-up’ on the Track Status page to schedule a pick-up.
To track shipment, click the tracking # on the Track Status page.
You can view the offers on the item details page.
You can see the status of your sold item in the My Dashboard - Selling tab.
It helps safeguard your card against theft, fraud, or unauthorized transactions. The CVC ensures that only the card owner uses the card. Even if someone gets hold of the card number, they cannot transact with the CVC.
For local orders paid on the CloseQuest platform, you can generate the code after the exchange from the My Dashboard - Buying tab or your email by clicking the confirmation link.
You cannot cancel an order once the offer is accepted and(or) the order is placed.
