

You can initiate a return within three business days of receiving the item. Navigate to either of the following pages to request a return:

You must initiate a return and create a return label from the Return Status page.
You must use the label provided by CloseQuest.
We will initiate the refund when the return tracking # is available. You will receive the payment back at your original payment method within 5-10 days depending on your bank's processing time.
When you return an order, any credits you used to pay for the items will be refunded to your credit balance. However, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable according to CloseQuest's Return policy. Consequently, the refund amount may be lower than the total credits you initially used due to the deduction of non-refundable shipping costs.
